Diascund Creek” was a commission for a private collector, inspired by a river near their home. Hanging from a natural branch, this handwoven wall hanging is 2.5 m wide and over 3 m high.

Materials include cotton, wool, recycled silk, yak, and other natural fibers. The textures vary in depth, with the maximum depth projecting approximately 4-5 cm from the wall.

This is a unique and meticulously crafted work of art, unlike any other. The amount of intention and meaning woven into each piece becomes palpable as the viewer rests their eyes on the piece, quickly becoming lost in the varying textures, organic movement, and soft lines created by sculpted fibers.
