Danish architect and professor Bodil Kjær’s side table extends maker Carl Hansen & Son’s indoor-outdoor furnishings collection first unveiled in 1959. Beautifully crafted in solid teak, BK16’s Cubist-inspired form echoes other designs in the series and it is perfectly proportioned to match the height of the companion lounge chair. Striking and functional indoors or out, the wood will age to a fine weathered patina.
