Description
Handwoven in the Purepecha village of Cuanajo, near Pátzcuaro, Michoacán, these beautiful fajas (sashes) carry centuries of tradition. Each piece is woven on a backstrap loom and decorated with timeless patterns passed down through generations of skilled artisans.
A faja is traditionally worn as a sash or belt, but today it can also be used creatively—as a camera strap, guitar strap, or even a unique wall hanging.
