Pagode Sofa

Description

Visionary Midcentury husband-and-wife designers Tove and Edvard Kindt-Larsen found inspiration in Asian architecture for Pagode, created in 1956 and reissued by Audo Copenhagen. Featuring distinctive V-shaped legs in oiled oak or walnut and a low seat with gently inclined armrests, the sofa has a high back to cradle and support the body—avantgarde for its time but enduringly crafted.
